Where is everyone?

The "Monthly Polls" haven't been changed in over 2 years, there are "candidates for deletion" still awaiting deletion, theres hasnt been a Featured Article in a while, not to mention all the redlinks, non-portable templates and so on, and the "Forums" could be better (changing to Discussions or something), this wiki needs a heck of a lot of work done, and barely anyone seems to be active enough to do it.
